Hi I’m gonna be in London for New year’s eve, and I was wondering if you knew any good shops which sells designer clothes at bargain prices, something like century21 in ny if you know that!

Harrods do best prices, for them.
That’s a so very foreign term.

Ok SO. I’m 15 and my boyfriend is 18. We’ve been together for 3 years and he’s moving I’m sooo sad. However! I found this house in my town for $900!!!!!!!!! A perfectly awesome house/apartment for sale not rent! (I’ve seen it and the pictures inside)

1) Why is it only $900? lol it says $5.00 a month on Century21
2) Can we actually buy it? Is there a certain age you have to be?!?!

He works a steady job and we both have more than $900 in the bank haha.

This is the craziest thing I’ve heard today lol. Our parents would never let it happen. But I was just wondering is it possible for us to buy it?!?

I’m travelling there this fall and want to know if I should stop in there (but I’m a plus size gal)!
LOL! Century21 is a store in NY near the World Trade Center site.

Cost of land in Seattle Washington?

Im looking for land in or close to Seattle, Washington. Im going to be going to college there and I want to buy four acers of land. I would like to know how much it would cost for that much land and who i should go through to buy the land. I was thinking maybe Century21. What do you guys think?

You can’t get 4 acres in Seattle. There is no such lot.

The price of land varies widely based on if it is subdividable, its distance from Seattle, and if it is buildable. Something on the far side of North Bend or Duvall that isn’t buildable or subdivadable (has protected wetlands or something like that) can probably be had for $100,000. A buildable lot really far out would be $250,000. The price goes up and up from there as you head towards Seattle. Large parcels in Redmond (The closest place to Seattle where large parcels exist) would be $500,000 and up.

I don’t know if century 21 even does business in Seattle. I’ve never seen a house by sale for them. The large firms are Windermere and John L. Scott.

Okay so in a few weeks my family is taking a trip to nyc and my mom & I are planning to hit alot of the stores along 5th/madison ave. such as Barneys, Bergdorfs, Bloomingdales, Bendels, Macys, Tiffanys, etc. However, our shopping budget is pretty tight (for nyc) I have about $400 to spend on clothes. Obviously that’s barely going to cover an outfit from any of the stores i mentioned, even from the sales racks. So if you live in nyc or know of some great places to shop for good deals (I’m not talking walmart or Kohls, I want something like Century21 where you can find deals on nice designer wear) Since I want to get the most for my money I’d like reccomendations of outlets or stores that sell nice clothes for cheaper prices, not just generally cheap stores though like H&M, etc. And something on the Upper East Side or midtown manhattan or just a few blocks away would be great, thanks. (Woodbury Common is wayy to far.) Also is it often that you see celebrities such as Lady Gaga, Taylor Swift, or Justin Bieber (yes, im 14) just walking around in (nice parts obviously )the city? Like on fifth/madison avenue or something?? thankssss:)

I heard the real estate agent exam is very easy should I become a real estate agent at this time? I’m in NYC will the market recover? Since the houses are so cheap why aren’t people buying now? Will there be mentors to help me through out my real estate career? I’m planning to become one by going to the training sessions in Century21 or should I apply a job in a private firm? Is it hard to become a real estate agent at this time? I’ve heard people closing down their realty offices because they can’t sell one house in a year. Should I step into this career? or not waste time on it since there’s so many competition. Any advices from experienced agents are helpful thanks.

I am a new Realtor and Ive been practicing for about a month. I can tell you it is way harder than the tv shows makes it seem. But if it is what you want to do in life now is the perfect time to get in and learn while the market is down. So that way when the market is booming you will already have enough experience to make the big bucks. Even though the market is bad you can still make six figures depending where you practice.

Your code is so chopped up by YA that it’s hard to tell what you are trying to do. The coding being used is way outdated as font tags have been deprecated long ago along with the table tags for layout use.

How do i find a commerical property for rent with land?

I want to start a dog daycare service but first I need to find a property with both a building, at least 1,000sqft and some land at least .75 acres. But every time I go to search on sites like century21 they never have any buildings and land, just one or the other. How do I find a place that has both?

You will need zoning for that too, you can’t just up and decide to do that on any land. Usually it has to be outside city limits.
