    …having said that …
…having said that, there is NEVER any reason good enough to make a decision on a home in the middle of the night.

  2. stonecyphermoon Says:

    I love the comments …
I love the comments that talk about this COMMERCIAL as if it is a documentary, and not a skewed reflection of your society’s values intended to sell a product.

  3. finalword100 Says:

    North korea and …
North korea and Iran has no nukes! Suzanne researched this!

  4. squared34red Says:

    Now his is out …
Now his is out on the street or living at his mothers. That “wife” broke up after the house went into foreclosure and she took the kids. He probably was watching Peter Schiff earlier that day and was debating the fact that the house was going to loose value, but she came in an threatened to close her vag if he did not comply. Let this be a lesson to the husands out there.

  5. theebadnun Says:

    he’s probably …
he’s probably thinking how he’d like to strangle her in that huge garage

  6. redbytex Says:

    I feel sorry for …
I feel sorry for the father. He looks like such a kind man, looking out for the well being of his family.

The mother and agent are just bullies.

This ad clearly came out on the wrong side.

  7. chuzziii Says:

    I am a woman and I …
I am a woman and I absolutely hate this commercial. It makes me sick the way the agent and wife bully the husband into buying a house they can’t afford. It’s disgusting.

  8. LeguleiusGonzo Says:

I bet she got the …
I bet she got the house and kids in the divorce and that old fatso is working overtime to pay the support and alimony.

  9. aponaug Says:

    The house hogs who …
The house hogs who just had to have a McMansion are now all crying that they are the “victims” of evil realtors, brokers, bankers. The concept of “affordability” was just oh so hard to grasp. And now, with the help of the govt, the househogs have bent the taxpayer over their expensive but oh so pretty granite countertops to give the taxpayer a real good screwing, all the while chanting, USA!USA!USA!USA!USA!USA!

  10. beast2000 Says:

    She is probably the …
She is probably the only peice of that fat pasty dork ever got. No man with half a testicle would stand there and get spoken to like that, much less in front of a third party over speakerphone.

  11. Starry2000 Says:

    “Never trust a …
“Never trust a woman when she says she’s on the pill, ”
Why would you sleep with someone that you think is being dishonest about something as important than that? How would you continue to find them attractive- or do you base that on physical appeal?

    Another character statement.

  12. Starry2000 Says:

    ‘Fear of commitment …
‘Fear of commitment’ claims the female magazines and talkshows… no sweeties, it’s the marriage strike by men.

Men: Do not marry. Screw around, or focus on your career, hobbies, self-improvement etc.”

It isn’t a fear of commitment, it’s a lack of interest to commit to anyONE and a misogynistic view of women here. The law is merely an excuse you are using.

  13. saintapathy Says:

Oh and I’m sure the …
Oh and I’m sure the “concerned” agent isn’t thinking about that fat commision check she’s gonna get after closing.

  14. saintapathy Says:

    This ad creeps me …
This ad creeps me out on a number of different levels. Is this supposed to make me want to buy from Cent 21? I think not. I agree that the ad agency responsible for this ad should get a kick in the rear. Thank Ghawd I didn’t marry woman like that.

  15. leeraconteur Says:

    If your spouse said …
If your spouse said “Not all men are like that. I am not that type of man. I would never do that to you.”

That wouldn’t make you feel much better, knowing you live in a country that has laws that make it acceptable for men to take advantage of the system to your harm, would it?

Men are in the same situation here in the USA. We have to trust that the woman is honourable and honest, and that she won’t use the considerable legal tools to her advantage to ruin our lives.

  16. leeraconteur Says:

    “The statement that …
“The statement that vindictive women exist in all cultures, nations and times is true of men as well.”
That’s not the point. The point is that the current USA legal climate allows women who are vindictive to take the man for everything.

Let’s assume you are a woman, and you are married to a man in Iran. There you can be beaten by your husband and stoned to death for adultery. If your spouse said “Not all men are like that. I am not that type of man. I would never do that to you.”

  17. papalolita Says:

    Another thing: …
Another thing: always use contraceptives 100% of the time when having sex. Never trust a woman when she says she’s on the pill, she can’t get pregnant etc.

Or get a vasectomy – the medical technology for it is pretty advanced now.
You don’t want to give your DNA to a woman, knock her up then pay child support.

  18. papalolita Says:

    Men: Do not marry. …
Men: Do not marry. Screw around, or focus on your career, hobbies, self-improvement etc.

Do not sign a contract to seal your fate as a slave of the 21st century. A contract based on laws that are crafted against you and designed to destroy you simply because you have a penis.

Whether the woman is a is a non-issue. Just don’t marry. ‘Fear of commitment’ claims the female magazines and talkshows… no sweeties, it’s the marriage strike by men.

  19. phre3k187 Says:

    he should have …
he should have slapped the bitch

  20. BTBerlinger Says:

    YAAAAY pressuring …
YAAAAY pressuring people into things they don’t want to do.

That looks like a happy marriage. Whoever thought of this ad should never work in the business AGAIN. I’m all for women asserting themselves, and there are plenty of ads out there that poke fun at guys but this woman here is just being real bully. And the dude just rolls over. LAME.

  21. PresidenteCamacho Says:

    Is this actor …
Is this actor supposed to represent the average, white, gelded, overweight, middle-aged, pussy-assed American corporate slave?

If so, then it’s a pretty accurate depiction!

  22. benjleeru Says:

    John you moron, you …
John you moron, you let your wife bully you into signing an adjustable rate mortgage. Now you have 30 years of sky high payments. Or maybe you lost the house after 2 years. Either way, I advise you to divorce.

  23. 09phoenix Says:

    The statement that …
The statement that vindictive women exist in all cultures, nations and times is true of men as well. The reverse is also true: loving and generous women exist in all cultures, nations and times. The type of person you choose to spend time with is up to you. Here’s a tip: when you are dating, notice how she treats the waiter or waitress. In about 6 months, that is how she will treat you too. You can tell lots about a person by how they treat those they perceive as below them on the social ladder.

  24. vicetube Says:

    Hey F**K this whore …
Hey F**K this whore! Did you see the way she shook her head at her husband. All up in his grill like that!

0:13-0:14. If he would have said something other than yes, the hussie wife would have probably bullied him further and the Century 21 agent would have played ringmaster. WHORES!

  25. chuzziii Says:

    I would never lump …
I would never lump all men into one category and you should not do the same to women. Some suck, some don’t.
