Putting on a festival takes a lot of work, passion and dedication, but that is only part of the equation. It also takes money.
Many of the costs have to be secured upfront, like the fee’s for super star five time Grammy Winner Buddy Guy. Months of negotiations behind the scenes take place, something that most people are not aware of.
Century 21 Executive Realty of Vernon is the primary sponsor of Buddy Guy. They were responsible with financial support for making sure that Buddy Guy will be at Rare Earth Jazz and Blues Festival in Vernon August 8 and 9.
