Ask the agent lots of questions.
How long has it been on the market? Has it been sold before? Critical in flats how much is the service charge? Get to the appointment early and talk to any neighbours around? Who lived there? Why are they selling? What is the area like? and of course, Why does this seem so cheap? Don’t forget to get a chartered surveyor and a solicitor to check it out for you before you commit yourself to purchasing.

I was invited to connect on yahoo with my brother-in-law when I was on my professional account (patti.law@century21.com) and the next thing I know is that I’m being informed that my Briefcase is being closed and I have to download my files. I do not understand this and I really DO NOT want to change my e-mail address. Could somebody clarify what this all means
The same thing happened to me a few days ago. I had no idea I even had a briefcase account but I went to check it out and it said my briefcase was empty so I took no action.
Like Barkley said, you have nothing to worry about. You don’t have to change your email address.
i’ve recently went to NYC and found century21… loved the place but didn’t have much time to go through the whole area as i was traveling in a group. right now i really wish to find such a shop again but I’m stuck in Buffalo,NY. any one lives here knows any shops here in Buffalo that is similar what they have in century 21?
