Your code is so chopped up by YA that it’s hard to tell what you are trying to do. The coding being used is way outdated as font tags have been deprecated long ago along with the table tags for layout use.

What is the best way to do that. I would like to minimize downpayment as much as possible and get good loan terms etc. Would you just start looking on the major websites like realtor.com, century21 etc and go from there or…? I was thinking FHA but I am just not sure what steps should I take. I never bought a house before, so I want to be careful.

find yourself a good buyer agent, to help, advise and protect you, especially because it’s your first time.

Interview a few. Make sure that they would never represent both the seller and the buyer in the same transaction.
